Any word on the stance of this ? tweets?
I think he would be a sold SF off the bench for Ariza, or maybe even start.

About as excited as you would be for James Posey.

He is smart. He can handle the ball, he makes great cuts to the basket and finds the open lane(like Parsons). He is solid at the 3pt line, better than parsons. He's left handed, and knows how to finish around the rim. If i had to make a comparison i would say Peja S.

No way that happens. Peja was a borderline MVP candidate in his best years.

As for being better at the 3, Parsons shot nearly 40% from the NBA 3 point line. If Popyourpickles shoots above 36% it will be impressive.

He's a .425 career shooter from 3. I said if I had to make a comparison, style wise, not saying he's going to turn into Peja. He's a shooter, that cuts to the basket, he's smart.

    That seems a bit... optimistic.

From what I gather he plays well off the ball (should fit with Harden well), is mostly spot-up shooter, OK at the 3, pretty good defender. He's a role player, shouldn't be much drop off defensively at the 3 when Ariza sits.

We are going to need some scoring off the bench to compensate, though.

parsons didn't shoot close to 40% from the 3. last year was 37%. Career is 37% as well.

You all misunderstood me lol, I didn't say he was going to be the next Peja, just his style fits that mold. I agree with what you said.

Peja wasn't all that athletic and was pretty bad on defense. Seems like a weird comparison. Elite shooter, poor defense, smart passer, all around elite offensive player. I don't think that describes this kid does it? If it does, that is tremendous.

Peja was solid defensively, I dont know what you are talking about. Yeah he was elite, and Papa is a career .425 from 3, that's elite? Papa is a great passer, I know because I watch international basketball.. he's still young and has a lot to show and improve on, but have to start somewhere.
