i agree, however i believe he will start the year in the d-league. morey is on record saying he doesn't expect players to contribute significant minutes until their 2nd year.

canaan would have to lay a pretty big egg for johnson to be brought in

definitely a scary prospect considering griffin, LMA, ibaka, lee and randolph are all in our conference

    True on Johnson.

I still believe Morey will find a PF and backup C before training camp starts (maybe even a vet PG). He knows those are positions of need. After the Parsons/Bosh dust settles, I think he gets to work on those moves with the cap space we have.

Daniels really needs to get playing time this year. No reason why he can't get 15-20 a game. He proved that in the playoffs. Harden doesn't need to be playing 39 minutes every damn night McHale

Minimum would be a great get.

Awesome if true. Surprised no one else tried to sign him to a better offer sheet.

He was our only reliable three-point threat in the playoffs. Run the picket fence for that young man!

So it's just over $1M per year?

If we were to somehow get Rondo, I really think we can see Daniels flourish. Teams in the last 2 games of the season and even in the playoffs tightened up on him. It would be awesome to get a PG with the court vision to always dish it out to a consistent shooter.

I think Daniels will have a solid mid range game also

Less than that. I think it would be around $1.8MM total.

    Contract year.

Shooting %'s will be down to the low 30's come postseason.

Sounds a lot like the deal we gave Parsons. More guaranteed money for less per year.

And we will still have team control after the two years through RFA.
