Maybe because he is so skinny that you mistook him for a SF..... How is someone supposed to be a SF without much range? He is a PF who could turn into a part time C.

I'm sure it's been mentioned, but draft express thinks and ranks Capela very high. Ranking him 11th in the very stacked, 2014 draft. That's pretty huge. 6'11 220, doubt he plays C, not enough sand in his pants. He's going to be a very raw player, I wouldn't expect anything more then assisted dunks and layups from him on offense. I also bet it's going to take him a while to learn the correct defensive positioning and sets. He has the physical tools be a very good defender, but he's going to have to learn a lot, and I don't think the Rockets teaching too much defense, but we'l see what we can develop him into. Although all he's good for on offense is basically assisted dunks and layups, he's a really good finisher. He's very quick, agile, explosive and has great hands with a soft touch around the basket. Example, his fg% in the euro cup this year was 72%, very efficient under the rim.
Ball handling. MKG can dribble. Capela is not, a ball handler. If I were to compare him to anybody at the SF position it would be Aminu.
I considered Aminu but he's actually a better range shooter than MKG. Anyway, the point is still the same: I was mistaken about Capela's projected playing position/style. I do look forward to seeing what he can do in RV though. I just don't know why he was in such a hurry to get down there.
The second he steps on the court, his value will decrease. He's very raw. I would rather him stay for one more year, kill it overseas. This does two things: -Increases his trade value -Gives us an extra year of his contract, where he is more polished.
