    If I, Palestine, attack my neighbour whilst surrounding myself with my children whose fault is it if my neighbour fights back and they get caught in the crossfire? International laws forbid using civilian as human shields. In fact, The Fourth Geneva Convention states:

    "Art. 28. The presence of a protected person may not be used to render certain points or areas immune from military operations."
