Dallas is still going nowhere fast. But it does hurt to see them take a huge step forward and us a huge step backwards in free agency. We need a big splash to make up for this abomination of an offseason. We need Dragic.

I expected this. Flexibility is important, but we are going to be a lottery team this year.

So funny....everybody is up in arms, and this is one of the few decisions by Morey that I applaud. Also, it seemed pretty obvious that they wouldn't match.

He effed up and didn't chase his losses. His reasoning is spot on. Parsons isn't a good enough #3.

Every move the Rockets make in the next year or two needs to be geared toward positioning themselves for KD.

Nice job, Morey. Way to swallow your pride and let him go. And this is coming from a huge huge critic of yours.

THIS PLUS. Sometimes, it's not all about cap flexibility. If you lose the trust and faith of the players you have, you are starting over from scratch.

But cut the end of the world crap. Remember when we were pumped to get Harden, not even knowing how good Parsons would be? Howard and Harden are still a dominant core, we're talking about two of the top 10 players in the league. Best SG and best C.

Max contract for an un-max level player... it makes sense even though I like the guy

Guys, free agency is not even close to over. We still have a lot of **** left to do. Step away from the ledge.

Actions speak louder than words, and Les has been exposed.

Agreed... but, I'll be damned if it doesn't hurt.

We clearly had WAY too much faith in our GM, he completely blundered this off-season and set the team back 3 or 4 years.

I really don't understand why everyone thinks this. Is 2 superstars and a solid supporting cast not good enough to make the playoffs? No way man.
