Yea, I can't see a scenario where we just let him walk. We aren't going to have max cap room next season after signing Ariza anyways without a trade. May as well acquire a few players before 11 tonight and then match the offer sheet.

This is what cyberx actually said about Parsons. Doesn't sound too committal one way or the other.

Also think it's interesting that we are still talking to Minnesota.

WOW. Clutch just laid DOWN the law. He is like Nev on catfish with all these insiders. He WILL not stand idly by why people post about "happy times".

I wish he would rule on other fringe insiders PAGING #kingdrew. Tinman can be his "max".

Apparently not, I've cut and pasted as quick as possible to post but when you go to the thread JR has already done it.

Parsons is a gone pecan. He doesn't bring anything to make the team better next year. Les will pay money for a superstar, but why throw away $46M for Parsons who doesn't show up in the playoffs? We won't miss him. He was practically invisible in the playoffs anyway.

Gee, we get rid of Lin and now we have CPOFs to take their place?

I don't think it matters either way if something leaks out about our plan to match or not match because it's not final until the deadline or until we make an official announcement. Either way the Mavs have got to have a plan B ready.

I created a system, hopefully I'll be one of the few who'll be able to beat JR.

    Wish me luck!

Looks like a Mavs fan by the way he's openly hoping Parsons goes there, with Deng off the market the Mavs are screwed if the Rockets match Parsons.

I just can't stand kids making definitive statements like they know something. They don't KNOW anything.

I can't stand whiners, it adds nothing to the conversation and only stands to derail whatever conversation was going on.

    Just my 2 cents.

The Rockets need to screw the Mavs. Please pick it up.

Parsons is still improving! With the inflated cap heading in our direction, it wont be that bad of a contract by end of third year.

I don't even know where to post this with all the threads, but I can't help feeling like Jason smith would be a great pick up at this point. He can't be that expensive after the injuries last year. Big body and smooth jumper to back up Dwight and play next to him in certain matchups...i.e. Portland, Memphis, Clips. Thoughts?
