McDermott was spectacular. Still not sure if he can create much, score off posting up and get to the FT line when the real games start. However, if he can shoot 3s and mid-range like that, Bulls got a good one.
It sucks that he is stuck in Phoenix behind all of those guards I'm not sure he will crack the rotation. Archie is clearly NBA ready and he's only 19. Another good summer league game tonight so far.
I remember seeing another highlight video and thinking he'd be a bust. I know it's just one SL game of highlights but he looks like he has all the skills to be a star

Man, Bennett's going to have a big bounce back season. I still don't think he was worthy of a top pick, but I can certainly see what the Cavs saw in him now that he has his mobility back. Dude can handle it like no other PF. Big body, agile, with range. With Lebron and Irving demanding double teams, it's going to be a good season for him. Happy for the guy, I really hate what media and fans do to players picked higher than they retrospectively should've been.
Yes, he definitely surprised me this SL and looks sharp. You can definitely see why he was drafted so high, great allround package and potential mismatch, Should be early favourite for MIP, seeing how abysmal his stats were last season.
My only question with Bennett is how well he'll mesh with Blatt. The guy seems like he'll ride his a$$ for every little mistake and that kind of pressure could either crush a rookie or mold him into the best he can be.
