That's perfectly fine. We don't need Ariza to create his own shots. Actually we don't even want to do that. When he has the ball and doesn't have a clear shot, feed Dwight (can he make a good entry pass?). If Dwight is not open, give the ball to Harden.

All Ariza has to work on is his outside shot, his defense and the entry pass. He has a very clear role here. He excelled in a similar role for the Wizards. No reason why he shouldn't be able to do the same thing here.

Overlooked aspect of this signing. Should the Rockets start Ariza over Parsons

    Our starting lineup would be
    [IMG]

    And coming off the bench

    And remember last year
    Bench to Starter
    [IMG]

    Starter to Bench

    Just sayin...

    I'm really excited by a rotation of Harden-Parsons-Ariza b/w the 2/3 positions. That's a lot of fire-power and length.

That really sucks for Washington, but I don't care.

I haven't read through the whole 38 pages of this thread - but what's the general consensus of Clutchfans in regards to this move either making up Morey's mind to let Parsons go, or keep him and form a solid SF rotation?

Williams got 7, makes me feel really good about Ariza.

As despicable as Bosh's actions were, state tax wasn't a factor. Who else is available at PF??

We should make offers to Troy Daniels, Birdman, Brandon Rush, and Blatche. Then if the Rockets absolutely want to they could match Parsons. Although I wouldn't. Just holds us up for the next three years in FA if we do. Unless we trade him between now and then.

Read through 38 prev pages for the consensus... if we all replied again it would take up 38 more pages.
