Aria sucked when he was here and was pissed Morey traded him, feels like a smoke screen to me.

ariza was a mle signing given the no.1 option role because the rockets had no stars then. different circumstances this time around.

And his two best years have been contract years.

He only gets up to play in contract years. Maybe he does not regress on a contending team, but history repeats.

Why would you do that? Redundancy much?

Offer Lance big money and then sign Parsons. Then add birdman.

For those really for letting Parsons walk, I want you to think of the reality of Dwight being upset in 2016.

What if we don't make it any further this year? The Mavs get better. OKC has improved. Phoenix and Memphis are making moves. It's going to be even tougher letting Parsons walk.

What's the guarantee that Dwight stays knowing full well that there's no chance of winning soon?

It's critical to keep this core or it's the beginning of the end of the Howard-Harden era.

the only core we should be keeping is Howard-Harden. Everyone else can be let go for better players.

    Rockets will resign Parsons.

There is no other choice. They made the bed and now must sleep in it. They told the world they would match any offer. Here it is!

For ref see G Hayward deal just got matched. Teams will simple not let good players walked for nothing.

Cannot remember last time a team did not match.... Wait a minute, Rockets got 2 players 2 years ago even when there were restricted. One was to have that GM say we will match a Billion dollars contract for him...

Welcome to poison pill world Morey.

Match and get burned. Don't match and get burn but more....

Don't want to be in his shoes right about now.

Of course if they got that 3rd superstar then he is a genius. He didn't.

What's the earliest Parsons could be included in a Love trade?

We need to contact Mavs and find out what their needs are.......

...then sign up as many of them as we can using our cap space as future trade friendly contracts.

Keep this up until midnight tomorrow while they are handcuffed by the Parsons offer sheet.

Match Parsons offer sheet with 5 seconds to go (Ebay auction style...God I hate it when some jerk comes in in the last 2 seconds and matches or beats my bid and takes my toy away)

Later, when the opportunity arises, trade those good value contracts for a good fitting star or a PF.

Ariza, Mavericks' option B, locked and loaded.
Grizzlies helping us out with Carter.

    NEXT
    NEXT
    NEXT

...before we lock up Parsons, their option A.
