He's created a mess for sure, he's no more than a riverboat gambler at this point and I'm not sure how smart he is if he tries to hit another home run by making a run for Melo. Better to go the depth route and bring in some good players that can mesh and play as a team.

Not signing Parsons only makes sense if we are giving up on this season, and think we can do something a year from now.
It's not over at all. We have money, yes we need to think quick, but Morey can do that. Just have to be smart with the moves. Spurs built a team by playing basketball, and not these divas after the money. Congrats to CP but if we can get an overall better roster we can't resign him. Deng, Bledsoe with Bev as backup, and Gasol + Marion would be great and a contender. If not , we roll with the rookies, and look for a trade at the trade deadline and get enough pieces to compete for playoffs till then. Look at OKC, it's Durant and Westbrook, and role players. We have Harden and Dwight and we need to find those roleplayers now.
This. Morey got back stabbed, so he isn't at fault. Mother****er Bosh used us to get a max contract from the Heat. Still, Morey can still make some moves to improve the team, despite the apparent losses. We should hear soon as we are coming to a deadline on Sunday.

Ummmm... wow sooooo much wrong I don't know where to start... Parsons/Bosh for 37M was fine - given the circumstances (D12/Harden/etc) "lost all trade able assets for nothing"? Chicago cant offer him anything, they need to sign and trade with boozer going to LA which i doubt. If we throw 10mil a year for him we can probably get him.

Sign role players (assets), match one direction, and patiently wait to see what Minny does with Love.
Try to split the bosh money between Gasol and Ariza or Deng and then match Parsons and Daniels. People were whining about more depth last year well now you will have it and the NOP pick as well.
