Saw this coming a mile away. Bosh never wanted to leave Miami. He was just waiting to see if he was going to take $70 mil versus $100+ mil.
The weird thing is, why would Miami do this? I have to assume there's a no-trade clause in there somewhere, right? Cause I'm not sure Bosh would allow Riley the opportunity to trade him later. In which case, Miami is tied up with him for the next 5 years taking up capspace and little real avenue to improve in the future. I don't know anymore. For the Rockets, I have to think they make a big offer to Deng.
Morey will need to offer Riley some combinations of Jones+DMo+Canaan+PBev+Pelicans pick+2nd round to get it done. And even then, it may not be enough. The funny thing is, if Parsons were still under that value contract, Morey could easily throw Parsons at Riley. That might have been enough..

Jesus Christ Bosh, what the hell do you have against the Rockets? You ****ed us! You ****ed us ****ing twice!
I can't believe Miami just paid $118 million for 5 years of Bosh. 30 yr old, barely an all-star, would've been very valuable missing piece to us, but terrible build around guy BOSH. May you get everything that you deserve, Miami. All $118 million of it.
I can see us making one last push for Melo then waiting on Love. I'm still in shock. Houston was without a doubt the best place for Bosh. What a letdown. Can we destroy this thread?
