Only trade TJones if we can get significant assets in return -- multiple first round picks or a top 10 first round pick and a 2nd round pick.

I hope we manage to keep Jones, but it may be a price we have to pay for Bosh. Bummer if that happens. He'd be a good guy to have come off the bench.

What reports? That is only a possibility is Bosh signs for less. We can resign Parsons without him using cap space. This has been explained 100 times. Whether we get those guys or not depends on how much Bosh signs for. Not whether we sign Parsons.

I cant imagine any Miami team without Lebron looks too enticing.

    Jones isn't worth a top 10 pick.

I'm a little nervous about Miami offering him the max, not gonna lie. Bosh loves Miami.

If I'm Miami, I absolutely facilitate Bosh and Wade to Houston and Chicago.

Both teams can send you good draft picks and good young players. Plus you still have cap space to absorb more salary (and thus more assets/picks).

Miami needs to complete blow it up. No sense in being mediocre.

Does Riley have the "guts" to blow it up?

Guys have to remember that if we let Parsons walk we won't have any money to really sign anyone. We will be near or at the cap with the Bosh signing. The reason we keep Parsons is because we can keep him since we are matching the contract.

I would too -- I just hope we get something good for him. If we simply trade him for pennies on the dollar to clear cap space, then that would be a serious shame. Same thing for DMo -- but to a lesser extent.

his intangibles are what holds this team together. You won't find that on a stat sheet.

All Riley has to do is S&T Wade for Boozer and maybe Jimmy Butler and that would get it done.

Is a couple of years of Wade worth giving up Jimmy Butler?

Would Riley let himself be humbled and agree to dismantle the entire Heat team to rebuild next year?

Poor Dallas thought they had FA targets in their crosshairs.

It's not that simple, but DMo would be a better fit going forward due to his ability to play the 5 and the 4. Doesn't really matter though because we'll have to gut the entire bench including both of them to give Bosh his money.

Anyone that didn't see this coming needs to check the homer glasses at the door. The Heat aren't going to just lose Lebron and Bosh for nothing.
