We had a whole season of Lin starting with Harden and all we could manage was 8th position and a first round exit.

This season we had Beverley and Harden starting with much better results... 4th position.

Its clear the team is better with Beverley and Harden starting.

 

yeah right, trade Dwight , he got no impact at all for this team

 

look at the big picture, the number wont matter anymore for a first round exit, bev/Lin wont matter either, when the whole system and the direction they decided to go b4 the season start, both been proven wrong.

Howard not playing?

 

its not that lin is better than bev or anything like that, they play god together. last night harden played 44mins. Harden had the ball whole game up top. its not that lin will take over or anything, he will get a few TO's, but its just that the team seems to play better in general when lin plays 30+ mins, its just more ball movement, fastbreaks, steals, open 3s etc.

 

look at the first half before lin sat out with 5 minutes and change, webber was in awe of his Deep penatrations. It caused portland to pay for shadowing harden. after that, the lead evaporated.

 

Whatever Lin does, it doesn't matter much. He doesn't matter either way that much. Let it go people. He's a role player. He doesn't really win or lose you games.

evrryone wants to complain about harden, but 80% of people here said Harden needs ball in his hands & just a 3&D guy to play next to him.

if you agreed with that dont bash him now! I couldve told you guys this summer it was a bad idea for playoff basketball coaches will not let that man go off everynight on them. He doesnt move without the ball or play D, he is a 6th man player like crawford, just gets to the line easy but that wont happen in the playoffs

 

Lillard got a almost triple double on Beverley.

It should not happen if his on ball D is so great.

 

Bev did a good job on him. He shot something like 3 for 13, Bev also forced a couple of TO's. Lin did a decent job on him too actually.

 

start Lin he ball will move more and other players will get involved, Howard will get easy looks, harden will because batum & Wes can't double him every play, parsons will get easier 3 looks & fast break points, numbers are clear that bev playing more mins than Lin is not working in playoffs. We are in the road we can't play this half court game in Portland we just can't.

People said the series would be over if bev couldn't come back because of Lillard, Lillard is doing what he wants getting key rebounds & assist. Bev isn't even 100% don't let pride get it the way we have to try something new!

Lakers are the one team where the balloon payment won't even matter to them. TWC deal and Asian fans will make them more money that the $15mil they're paying Lin to run that crappy team.

 

Just our 1st and 2nd round pick. We are actually getting cash back lakers, because rule says we have to. Can't just give them everything.
