Can't wait to see what the actually deal is. This made the most sense out of all other possible trades. We should come out great from this trade!
I doubt Hinkie's price changed, I think Lakers probably just offered a better deal. Lin makes a lot more sense for the lakers than he does for the sixers. I bet we only have to give up one good asset (future 1st rounder, Clint Capela, DMo) and then a 2nd round pick or someone like Covington.

Lol lakers. Look, I know Lin isn't popular with rocket fans because of his fandom. I didn't really have issues with him off the court. He never was pulled over by hpd. Never saw him on the ten o'clock news. Never beat his wife/girlfriend/mistress. I only had issues with the lack of confidence he exhibited. His worse moves was that stupid jump in the lane and pass to somebody, which was nobody.
Hinkie doesn't need Lin, he just wanted the "assets" that would come with taking Lin on. The Philly deal was always a back-up option. Hinkie was probably willing to take on Lin for a certain price. LA actually wants Lin and is less concerned about the salary, so they are probably willing to take less back in a deal. Well-done, Morey.
I expect one of DMo/TJones to be gone. There isn't a need to keep both if Bosh is coming. Morey must have another trade to execute.
