    Woj says we're getting cash from the Lakers? Wow...didn't see that coming. Always assumed we'd be the ones sending out the money to move Lin.

    The NBA sent out a memo that every team needs to receive at least two of

    1) a salaried player
    2) an (eventually) unprotected draft pick
    3) a player's draft rights
    4) cash

    The Rockets received 3 and 4.

    Exactly. People complaining about the draft picks are crazy. We're competing for a title. If the Rockets are playing to their potential that pick will be in the range you mentioned. Great news!

    Lin is guy who needs the ball in his hands to deliver. Harden took that away from him and sure as hell know Kobe is not going to let him handle the ball. But on a side note....Who Cares?!?!?!?! We are about to have an elite starting lineup! Bring on Bosh!

    That's a lot easier to do than to dump salary and add an All-Star PF. If your biggest worry is a back-up PG and an 8 to 10 ppg scorer you're living large. :grin:
