Who else are they going to sign? Even bench fodder like Blake & Kaman have abandoned them.

    Lin, Kobe, Young, Jones, D-Mo

That's a great trade for them. It's best possible trade scenario for Lin too.

The only thing Lin will do is continue turning the ball over

I actually think Lin will do very well there. If Kent Bazemore could put up big numbers on that squad, Lin certainly can/will -- I genuinely hope he does well, sincerely. But I do see that criticism coming quickly, if Kobe is healthy (but yeah, big IF).

What a career: From marginal roster player to Linsanity to playing with todays superstars: Melo, Harden, Dwight and potentially the Black Mamba

He'll find the way to Lebron some day

LOFs: If you look at the stats, you will see it is Kobe who is not playing defense. Jeremy Lin actually played good defense. You are just bias. Your bias makes you blind.

    LOOK AT THE STATS!

(say it in a Herve Villechaize / Tattoo voice while pointing at sky)

    De stats! De stats!

Lin's contract does not look so bad now compare to Parson's contract.
