Sign me up on the bandwagon. Especially, if we get Bosh, would love love love to see Rockets-Cavs finals. Preference is to spank 8th seed Dallas and CP25 4-0 in the first round of course.
uh, aren't they trading Wiggins for Love? Or Minnesota decides that it's happy with Bennett after consulting with Kahn.
Not sure on the protection or anything but wouldnt it be hilarious if Miami just chokes hard this year and goes to the lottery and gets number 1 pick?! haha 4/5 yrs for cleveland even with LEBRON JAMES
Miami is full of people that find basketball as a novelty while Cleveland area kids take the sport/hobby very serious @ community centers and leagues.
Lebron/Love/Irving playing in a weak eastern conference has an easier path to the finals than any western conference contender! I'm happy for Cleveland, but he's not fooling me, he chose a great place to earn his millions!... BTW, the prodigal son angle is great PR as well! ....... ....... .......
I saw some silly posts like this on Realgm too. Lebron could've picked any team, some of which were in a much better position to win than Cleveland. Cleveland won 33 games last year. Even if Irving improves dramatically and Wiggins is a beast, Lebron has got his work cut out for him. They need to win 17 more games just to break 50 wins... Lebron on the Rockets would've been the best team. Easiest path to finals...probably the Bulls in the weaker conference. You're telling me the Bulls would work their butts off to get Melo and wouldn't want Lebron if they thought they had a chance?
Well, he already helped Miami get 2 championships before leaving. Not so for Cleveland. Easier to be gracious after being a winner.

LeBron wanted to go HOME. He already said it in his letter, to him, this was BIGGER than basketball. This was not just a basketball decision, and you have to respect that. Of course, the Cavs are going to make the ECF at least because the East sucks so much, so it's also not like he's going to the Sixers.
yeah the east isn't very good but the cavs still have a new coach that nobody knows if he's even a good coach or not and an overrated kyrie and maybe a overrated love if they get rid of wiggins. and they all haven't even played together.
Bwhahaha, what? Two busts and a late first is all it takes now? Really? That's the worst offer for Love yet. If that's all it takes to get Love, **** bosh, let's just send them Lin, Asik & a late first. No way they take this over Golden State or Boston.
Mad props to Lebron. Anyone who says otherwise is delusional. Plenty of places to go to have much better shots at rings. But like he said, he's trying to bring his hometown one. Completely rights any "potential" wrong he may have done in the past. And maybe he does get a super team together. So what, you need multiple GREAT players to win in the NBA. He'll still be the best of them, he'll still be the reason they come and/or stay in Cleveland. If he wins the Cavs a championship, as he said, even just one, he goes down imo as one of the greatest sports "heros" ever. It's Cleveland. It's that city, with that history. It's not going back after your career ala McHale or Bird to your hometown/state and trying to help the organization. It's going back, in the peak of his prime, knowing it really could hurt his legacy from a championship perspective, and just doing what he feels like is right. Mad respect. I will definitely be rooting for Cleveland.
