I defiantly think parsons should get paid but does anyone else feel that parsons put us in a bad situation?. We're trying to land bosh ATM and he signs the sheet giving rockets only three days and with lebron just lolligaging it's gonna be hard for morey. Think parsons is defiantly a peice we need to winning but he sure us making this hard.
Betray us? He's doing what's best for himself. You don't turn down 3yrs / $45 mil, regardless of what team you're on. Parsons isn't an established guy - there's no reason to feel loyalty to the Rockets, in all honesty.
He kind of screwed us over but it was understandable. I get it. He wants to get paid but the guy has to understand it is harder to win a championship getting other quality role players and a third star.
I don't think we match. Morey won't rush either. There are better players than Parsons available. He has to take the risk. Parsons is replaceable. We picked him up in the 2nd round. We've drafted well. I think we can pick up a fourth option like Parsons through the draft.
Oh sorry didn't know I was writing an important essay on a casual fan site :/. Anyway In my mind to me if I were an nba player I would be looking for the best chance at a championship. I mean money is great is all but isn't winning the goal?. He should defiantly get a pay raise but the timing and etc is a little ******* move considering he said he would prefer to stay with rockets.
Disagree I think parsons is a great player if not one of the best role players. He can be replaced but not by one player maybe one or two.
I'm usually not the guy, but WOW another thread for this!!! Really!! Honestly, this should be locked and removed.
1) Yes, he completely screwed us in terms of timing and cap situation. 2) Did this really need its own thread?

Morey learned his lesson. He should have just ****ed Parsons hard and made him play another year for free then let him go.
He doesn't owe us anything but you would think he would work with the Rockets so he could win a chip and get paid.
