Are you kidding? Bosh anyday. Just find a replacement for Parsons that can play defense, he doesn't need to be an offensive juggernaut.

Bosh. His skill set is the most difficult to replace.

    This.

The only difference is that the Rockets do have a couple young guys with potential at 4. If they can sign Bush, then either Jone, or DMO, or both should be traded for a solid 3.

Forget about matching Parsons offer from Mavs, he is worth nowhere close to that amount $$, and that position is much easy to be replaced.

If Rockets sign Bosh, Jones and DMo are likely gone to make room for Bosh.

    Bosh easily.

Bosh can also play the 5 spot, a huge positive with Asik gone.

Is he still around? We could use that elite athleticism.

    ;)

    Nicely done though, YY.

I am surprised that the results are so highly in favor of Bosh - as I think that we already have 2 decent PFs that are only going to get better.

However, it seems that it is so one - sided that I am WAY in the minority on this.

I personally want BOTH and don't care if we have to pay a little Lux tax....I want to keep adding to the chemistry between Parsons, Howard and Harden, and not keep changing the core all the time.

I guess we have to hope Morey can sign Bosh and Parsons.

I am not all that high on Dmo or TJones. I think they are about capped out, which is solid rotational guys ala Carl Landry.

Bosh is an all-star PF/C and elite defensively.

As a player, I love Parsons, but he is not a good value with that contract as it relates to Bosh.

Fair enough - I think Parsons will only get better and Bosh will only get worse - and I believe that Tjones and Dmo are just scratching the surface.

Let's hope the Rox get BOTH Bosh and Parsons...

Bosh and its not even close. Just on the defensive end alone Bosh is worth more than Parsons. We've seen what CP can do, which is limited.

Bosh. I like Parsons but he became streaky midway through the season i felt. Ill pay the extra to have a reliable impact player.

I actually voted Parsons because of the presence of Jones. But in a vacuum, Bosh yields the better trio.

Remember, Parsons was playing 40+ minutes per game for long stretches. We rotated everybody else, but he really had no steady reliever. Bosh is the better player, I agree, but I have my doubts about whether he will play as hard or with as much heart.

    Bosh hands down over Parsons

    Parsons d has regressed

Parsons showed us last season he is developing back issues. Back issues unlike other injury areas dont just go away.. He will battle back spasms throughout the remainder of his career- it will only get worse and he will only lose his athletics faster in time because of it

Not a Max player.. nor do I even want a Max player.. EVER.. that has back issues (after surviving the t-mac era) for the rest of my days being a Rockets fan

I love when people post a poll they think will reinforce their own opinion and include false data in the poll and STILL get it blowing up in their face.

Bosh is clearly the better player but I kind of agree with this. When Parsons was out last season it became really glaring how much we need him as an additional playmaker to Harden and Lin. Bosh definitely replaces his scoring punch but we'll be missing that extra ball handler in the open court. That's not an easy thing to replace.

Whoever gets TJones off the starting lineup is the easy answer.

I wonder if Morey's thinking of getting Paul Pierce with the MLE to fill the SF spot if Parsons' offer sheet is not matched. He'd fit decently with the starting 5 as the 4th option and potentially beef up the bench with the extra cap space.
