    I heard in Texas a contract can be voided if one of the parties involved was intoxicated at the time of signing, is this true?

    It makes it voidable but not void. This is hard to prove. You have to prove Chandler didn't know what he was signing due to intoxication or would not have signed it w/o being drunk in most situations. Chandler clearly knew what he was signing .

    The chances of anyone coming here was low to begin with I admit, but the Mavs won't get very far either. Tyson is injured, and believe me Chandler Parsons isn't that good either. The rest of the Mavs are old.

    The big names didn't want to come to Dallas either.
