    I'm def. not an insider, but I do know a couple big brokers & agents in Sugarland/Missouri City that always get the scoop on athletes & actors that come looking for million + homes in Houston. I'll text them and let you guys know if I hear anything.

    and how weird is it that we talk about these guys becoming over the hill at 30 when in real life 30 is when most normal people start becoming an actual adult.
