    The problem is that Dallas can't offer jack squat to the Rockets in S&T until Bosh commits or don't commit. So the 24 hour window doesn't make sense unless they're all certain that Bosh will be commiting today.

    But suppose the Rockets do work out a S&T. Parsons will count for ~$7mil, meaning the Rockets can take back as little as ~$5mil or as much as ~$10mil or more if we include some other salaries. But what do they have? Brandon Wright? Vince or Marion S&T? Honestly, nothing they have would get me interested. I would prefer Morey just give Parsons the max instead.

    Mavericks and Rockets are waiting until Bosh signs, so they could actually send us salaries back in a S&T, like Marion (S&T) or Wright, Crowder.
