Insurance in case they lose Mo Williams? <blockquote class="twitter-tweet" lang="en"><p>Portland has reached an agreement with guard Steve Blake, league source tells Yahoo Sports.</p>— Adrian Wojnarowski (@WojYahooNBA) <a href="https://twitter.com/WojYahooNBA/statuses/487273476072693760">July 10, 2014</a></blockquote> <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
Great passer, deadeye shooter.. The deep get deeper and here the rockets are about to get gouged for star players who don't even wanna be here
Seriously? Blake looks like he's about done; he somehow got worse last year when he went from the Lakers to GSW despite being on a much better team. Barring a dramatic resurgence at age 34 he's just another body.
I don't think he has much left to offer. He couldn't get off the bench in the playoffs for GS. I don't agree with the two moves Portland has made this offseason. Full MLE on Chris Kaman? ***barf*** They should've thrown that at Jordan Hill and gotten an energy big that can play either PF or C without being a complete waste on defense. What they really need is another wing, behind Mathews and Batum is absolute crap. A CJ Miles type would've helped them a lot.

Steve Blake's on the move again. He's like a mercenary, a hired hand. The list is short for teams he hasn't played for.
My friend that is a hard-core Blazers fan is ticked off about Kaman and Blake. Looks like another wasted offseason for Portland.
