    a sign and trade would mean that the Rockets would get something back from Dallas I would imagine - I dont think it means Dallas signs parsons and trades him back to Houston

    If the offer won't be submitted until tonight? Could the Rockets still be in negotiations with Parsons, come to an agreement, and then Parsons reject Cuban's contact?

    Or once it's signed it's done?

    *IF* the Rockets wanted to S&T Parsons to the Mavs, I would have to think it is for a large Trade Exception, right? But we would have to be over the cap for that to happen I think.
