Still more than the alternative by A LOT. Bosh/Parsons/Howard/Harden/Beverley/Room exception/minimums is pretty crappy in relation to what I'm proposing. Just adding Jones is valuable as a known bench piece.

Also by using S&T, the Rockets keep more flexibility the following summer because they'll have more contracts for trade.

And all of this still hinges on Lebron Friggin James. He needs to decide already

It's still complicated because you have to construct a 4 team sign and trade.

The Heat are going to demand assets because they know they have you by the balls with the 72 hour window.

You already have to send a pick to Philly to make it happen, now you are sending maybe the Pelicans pick to Miami...

It's just a really complicated clusterF. Tight time frame, four different teams with different interests....

Really disappointed that Parsons miniBoozered us.

This will happen today without a doubt. He won't risk costing Bosh a max deal and doesn't want to be hounded in Brazil this weekend. Friday Morning at latest.

Can Terrance Jones maybe play the 3, or do we need a better 3 point shooter there? Jones seems athletic enough, and even has handles. He will probably be better this year as well.

    Beverley
    Harden
    Jones
    Bosh
    Howard

    Not bad starting 5.

I still can't believe we passed on Kawhi Leonard. I guess Bosh and Deng would be the other best option if we could get the cap to work.

If we get Bosh I really hope there's a way to keep TJ. I think having Bosh going at him everyday in practice on both ends would really help his development.

I think jones isn't quick enough laterally to keep up with most 3s in the league. Also don't think he's a good enough shooter.

But no one knew Kawhi would be this good. Covington is going to make a Terrence Jones type jump this season.

**** Bosh. He's LeBron's b**** and can't make a decision on his own. He better choose soon so we know what to do with Parsons.

All these people that want to defend Bosh from being called less of a man will now further realize why this statement is very relevant. It's not just a lack of physicality on the basketball court it's bs like this. At least come out and speak for yourself and say I'm not riding Lebron jock... I'm just taking time to see what's best for Chris Bosh... truth is he's riding Lebron jock.

Chris Bosh is not speaking for himself because he's on vacation in another country. You want him to hold a press conference in freaking India just because some message board warriors got their undies on too tight?

I don't care to speculate what would it take to do the S&T. Just that it's preferable to us. Clearly if Miami wants the moon Morey will just tell Riley to go screw himself. More likely is that Miami will take on some minor assets to help with their rebuild.

You should've been able to see the Parsons Boozering us the moment he signed with Fegan. This is a guy who coaxed Washington to give then constantly injured Wall the super max and then give random journeyman Martell Webster $20mil contract for having the same agent as Wall. The guy has always been dirty, and his favorable actions towards the Rockets last year with Dwight, despite a contentious history with Morey, should've tipped off all sorts of alarms.

Any word on when he's supposed to come back from this vacation? Be sure did pick a good time to have his basketball camp/vacation. He knew he could possibly be a FA

You should bet that in Vegas. You could own the strip with the money you'd win.

Hey, I know the agent is dirty. What I'm disappointed in is 1) Morey trusting that Parsons wouldn't do this 2) Parsons doing this in the way that most handicaps Houston. He couldn't even wait until 5pm today to sign or just say "Here Morey, here is what the Mavs are offering. If you agree to match I won't sign."

The deal here is that IF Morey is willing to give the same deal, then Fegan and Parsons didn't have to do it this way. They chose to do it this way.
