    That is a long standing insult that implies that Dallas doesnt deserve to be in Texas and since it is so close to the OK border, we call it South Oklahoma.

    I've heard it used for years.

    I'm sure you can understand since I've only been to Dallas once...and I was a kid at the time. Its the Mordor of Texas for me, no reason to get close unless you have to.
