It's time to move on from Parsons guys, $15mill a year with a player option in the 3rd is not worth it... He got paid so his play will even go down more... if he really wanted to be here he would've took less "per woj motet had a deal for him" him and his agent couldn't agree on...

Time to move on guys. can't win them all.

They are ahead of us big time. Rick Carlisle is light years ahead of us.

Mavs in same situation as Rockets. 3yr window with Dirk, 3yr window with Dwight.

If a teams misses out in free agency this year. There's nothing much going next free agency.

    Load up or miss out.

Why match a guy that clearly doesn't even want to be here ?

It was also reported that Parsons like Dallas' uptempo pace. Did Houston really slow down their pace after signing Dwight?

If we signed Bosh and waited until the very last minute to sign Parsons, I would love Morey forever.

Not true. If we get Bosh (big if) it doesn't really matter to our team if Parsons was paid 10 million or 15 million. We would be over the cap either way.

Leslie Alexander said he had too much money, what he needed was more championships.

Time for him to put his money where his mouth is.

what are you talking about? For more money obviously he'd go somewhere else. He's been the most underpaid player in the league the last two years. I'm really loving this outcry about loyalty.

If Morey put out a similar contract today during their negotiation, I believe Parsons will stay.

It's a legitimate complaint. The Rockets did him a huge favor by allowing him to become a RFA.

Ahead of us big time? We had more wins than them last year. A front court of Chandler and Nowitzki was good 4 years ago- now I don't have much trust in them staying healthy through the season. Dallas doesn't have the luxury of the depth of SAS to rest their players in the same way. Their roster is getting older, and as they get older their chances are dimming. The Rockets, as the 2nd youngest team in the playoffs last year, are maturing and still growing with some of their players not in their primes yet. We won more games than them last year, and again (assuming we get Bosh), we would be a much improved team while they would be about the same.

And if none of that was enough, I will say it again. They legitimately might have to start Raymond Felton.

Good luck playing with Raymond "pound the ball for 15 secs" Felton.

It was one of those GoGator tweets. They were saying how he struck up a friendship with Cuban and was interested in their 'uptempo' pace.

I think that's only part of it. The hate is more because it will be very hard to sign both him and another max player. ;)
