    I'd rather they found a team willing to be compensated by getting Jones instead of the Pels 1st rounder. Jones and DMo will need to be salary dumped for cap room for Bosh.

    yeah and keeping them both at this point would stunt their development anyway. One needs to be moved if we get a PF.

    Its been reported that they had a deal in principle for like 2 weeks now. I have no doubt that they might draw up the paperwork and whatnot now, but I doubt they are actually going to formally make the trade until they know for sure that Bosh is or isn't coming.

    If Bosh isn't coming and the Rockets match Parsons, they are completely out of options to make a major trade of any sort at that point. They need to keep Lin as an expiring salary to trade if they don't get Bosh.

    Not real news. Read the article. It speculative at best. This Jake kid is simply guessing at the type of asset the Rockets will give them for taking back Lin. If there was a deal in place, we'd have found out by now with Woj, and he'd at least know the basic terms of the deal.

    This is educated speculative guessing.
