    Let's post some fun Robbie Grossman facts:

    Kevin Goldstein of Baseball Prospectus ranked Grossman as the 76th best prospect in baseball before the 2012 season.

    (He's up to bat as a type this...)

    Robbie was thought to be a 1st round talent coming out of Cy-Fair, but his commitment to the University of Texas caused him to fall in the draft. Very fortunate for the Pirates who STOLE him in the 6t round.

    (1 ball 2 strikes...)

    Robbie has a cat named "Festus".

    (A DOUBLE! ROBBIE GOT A HIT!!!)

    On July 24, 2012, the Pirates traded Robbie to the Houston Astros along with Rudy Owens and Colton Cain for Wandy Rodríguez. Houston fans have never stopped rejoicing...

    Grossman is the man. Good things start for him TODAY!
