They hate Argentina and would never root for them. Also sympathize with Germany quite a lot.

It's on van Gaal. He messed up by already letting the world and his own goalkeeper know that he thinks Cillessen is no good at penalties, then didn't save a substitution to take him out.

We must not fall behind against Argentina. They are very good at defending, and they are clever. It will be difficult to score against them, and they are always good for one with Messi. From what I saw today, Lavezzi is also very dangerous. I hope di Maria is not ready to come back for the final.

It will be an incredibly tough matchup. But all fans of beautiful football should be supporting Germany on Sunday.

This is going to be a great final. I think I'm leaning towards Messi and Argentina here on who I want to root for.

Are you cheering for GER or ARG? Because he isn't that good.

First question at that post match presser for Van Gaal has to be

"Could De Jong not continue on or was he unfit to play further"?

That substitution for Classie messed up the Dutch in terms of possibly bringing Krul on for PKs.

De Jong was fabulous defensively in the 1st half but Classie also did a great job when he came on and even gave the Dutch more offensively.
Huntelaar HAD to come on for RVP, especially seeing as RVP was playing the same way he did vs Costa Rica, non existent.

So if the 2nd sub is saved for Huntelaar replacing RVP, there's a 3rd sub available for Krul.

Argentina is my team after USA, would love to see Messi win one. This will be tough, winless rest and Germany waiting.
