An interesting outcome, to me, would be if LeBron decides to return to Miami on a short term deal and announces that "I REALLY wanted to go back to Cleveland for the fans, and might still do it in the future; but I just can't get over playing for Dan Gilbert again. So maybe next time, if Dan sells the team." I think this would instantly make Dan Gilbert, and not LeBron James, public enemy #1 in Cleveland.
Who would get murdered immediately? BTW, my thinking is kind of inspired by this J.A. Adande article:

Column: Dan Gilbert factor means return to Cleveland would require a major concession by LeBron http://t.co/Z3JpLxhvok
— J.A. He decided in Aspen and his agent sent out his decision to reporters at the time. ESPN hacks, Broussard and Shelburne, rooting for hits and Dwight to stay in LA, came out with reports that he was still 50/50 since he hadn't informed Mitch yet (he wanted to do it face-to-face). Due to these ridiculous reports, he obviously had to scratch that plan and inform Mitch over the phone. The lesson there is: listen to Amick.
Imagine the value of the Cleveland franchise at that point if Gilbert puts the team on the market with the market knowing that Lebron will most likely come in free agency that next year. That would be the ultimate power move for the NBA in general if Lebron pushed for this to happen (which ultimately he would be doing by coming out and saying this).
If the Rockets sign Bosh to the max, then sign parsons, do we have any exceptions or can we only sign players to minimum contracts?

thanks clutch! not sure why the guy chose to tweet me...but thanks for the update. I trust you so i wont post his tweets anymore.
So there currently appear to be 2 factions in the media now. Those who say Lebron is leaving for sure and the meeting is to inform him and those who say he's looking for a 1 to 2 year max contract from Miami. It's pretty clear where the official mouthpieces want this to head: http://espn.go.com/
