If James signs a 1-2 year deal with Miami (which is what I have said for several weeks)... I would LOVE to see videotape of Dan Gilbert upon learning the news.... I would say I would love to see video of Cleveland fans burning the city down... but honestly, Cleveland has had bad enough....

And this is reason #1 Lebron and Bosh need to leave. You cannot win a championship with a legacy contract eating up your cap.

If Lebron was being duplicitous with the other Heatles do you really think Bosh would still be saying "I want to be in Miami with Lebron."

Boston's big three all over again, so whoever leaves first wins a ring.

Of course it's business, but I'm led to believe wade wouldn't have turned down all that money if he knew his buddies were all gonna leave him high and dry

I just would be shocked if he did that. I expect him to sign a 4 year deal wherever he resigns with a player option after year 3 so he can opt when the new CBA is in place and get a bigger max.

Very possible. Wade does have a dirty side to him.

He would pull the cavalier on the heat.

Wonder if Wade would write an open letter of how heart broken he is if lebron leaves to cleaveland.

Right. He'll get a Kobe deal. What else could they do? They need butts in seats.

All this is hearsay, there have been many smokescreens this offseason. Most of these star athletes feed these so called experts trash, only the inner circle is in the know. I think Bosh is more so taking a wait and see approach.

Seems like a dishonest way to represent the math.

Wade stays in Miami and then signs a new deal in 2 years gives him more money than opting out. Saying anything else is just wishful thinking at best.

Unless you think a 34 y/o Dwayne Wade couldn't get 13 million over 2 years.

I think Riley will give bosh the max if Lebron leaves.

Bosh wants to play with LBJ. But since that's not gonna happen, he would take our offer... right?

"For Bosh and his wife, it is about lifestyle. They love Miami and want to raise their family there. Even if LeBron leaves, I think that Bosh would take fifteen million a year for three to four years. Now basketball wise, Houston is great, but Bosh has fallen for the lifestyle in Miami." - Mark Shanowski of Comcast basketball coverage on the radio in Chicago.
