I saw this too. If this dude told them that and lebron DONT go to Cleveland, he's gonna have to leave Ohio as well.

LeBron is about to **** over Cleveland fans again or he is about to give Miami fans a taste of what Cleveland fans felt 4 years ago. Either way someone is getting crushed.

Not unless someone better than him is offered. Everyone is expendable at some point.

So your source told you that Lebron is going to Cleveland and then Cleveland will try to add one of the many players available but no idea which one.

    Riveting stuff.

Call me crazy, but I would think that LeBron would not want the Cavs' first move after his return to be to hand out max money to Bosh. Melo would make sense, although I have trouble seeing him and LaLa moving to Ohio.

Now if Bosh wants to take a discount to play with LeBron, props to him, I guess. I still think he'd be better off taking max money from the Rockets cuz he ain't ever gonna get an offer like that again.

Gotta be Melo. No way they get Love without Wiggins.

Bosh is going to make money regardless of where he goes.... And he should, he is a professional basketball player and a great one at that....... The job comes with a huge check and a lifestyle most of us will never even get near to...... With that said, there is no need to defend him on wanting to make more millions because he is going to get a $hitload of them anywhere he goes and his family is more than secured by now or at least should be.... What I am saying is he wants Miami..... Its been repeated over and over.... No need to look deeper into it... He is a millionaire with a max coming if not a tons load of more millions in his name and many more years of basketball to acquire even more money.... Good for him........ But lets not bs ourselves that he is making "the most important decision of his life financially and needs a month to make it" He is waiting on Lebron......

Sideshow Bob has 4 mil partial guarantee, another 5 unguaranteed.
    Kyrie is 7.something
Wiggins is sitting on a 4.5mil hold
    Thompson is 5.5

So with Lebron, you need to get down to 2 of Varejao (who Lebron loves mind you), Thompson (other Rich Paul family) and Wiggins and that's your entire roster

Or you could trade Wiggins for Love and thsoe expirings (which they seem to have deliberately held onto) with a pick and like, keep the rest of your team.

    Random Thoughts:

    1) Regarding destination preference, shouldn't absurd amounts of wealth eventually transcend what city you're in? These guys make enough to hop on a private jet charter, or even have their own private jet, and go anywhere they want in the world whenever they please.

    2) Melo has been paid $136 million over his career by the NBA, and probably enough endorsements to push past $200 million total. But his reported networth is $80 million. Bosh has made $125 million in NBA money, but his networth is $50 million. How are these guys not doing what rich people do and make more absurd amounts of money by just owning absurd amounts of money?

    3) If Lebron chooses Cleveland, it means a small, blue-collar city has become the center of the NBA universe. I can't stand it when the Lakers flop out their big legacy and say "We're LA, b***es". Or when Cuban or the Yankees just "add money and stir." So when these small markets like San Antonio, Oklahoma City, and now possibly Cleveland are true contenders instead of just the Laker-Boston-Laker-Boston ad nauseum, and I think it speaks well for the NBA.

You underrate Bosh if you think the Rockets are the only team that will pay him max or near max money.

Could you imagine Melo in Cleveland? Good luck trying to sell that to your wife Melo. Lala's head probably explodes just thinking about living in Cleveland.

Well on the income vs net worth point: A chunk of that gets eaten up in agent fees, a huge chunk gets eaten up in taxes, they then often have multiple homes (one where they play and one where they live) and most of them aren't making smart investment decisions where they make money by having money. Half of the money gets eaten by taxes right off the bat.

Yes, that's under lock and key was the term he used. Said, nobody knows that except Lebron's people.

I am suspicious it is Love simply because I know trade talks ceased on Love sometime last friday. But that's just my speculation there. Melo has delayed his announcement. If Lebron can talk Miami into a S&T then Melo could be signed into cap space. However..I just don't see Melo wanting to go to Cleveland. But who knows how strong Lebron's pull on him is. Also Bosh...Lebron loves Bosh. The same scenario would fit with Bosh. But I don't know if Bosh wants to go there either.

I think others would entertain paying max or near it but what other contenders, where he could fit in perfectly, can do that? A contender in his home state that has courted him for years?

    I confirmed with Cyberx.

He told me "Stuff could happen or not, ohhh and Bosh doesn't like Dwight Howard."
