I feel as if heat are becoming 2010 cavs in more ways than one. Recent underwhelming signings to try to keep Lebron. Drafting players for him. Getting older without a clearly bright future lol...

    Men, this is it!

    Why would Miami do that?

A core of Wade and Bosh isn't going to win. I think the Heat would be more likely to agree to a S&T with the Rockets for some assets and then reload for another run in a few years.

A S&T would be ideal for the Rockets as well because they get their MLE and LLE. They can potentially address the back up 5 or 1 with those exceptions.

They were set on playing together on an otherwise blank roster, and had a multitude of options as to where. Obviously this is a different matter.

There's no way Cleveland does that without knowing they get somebody. Getting rid of Zeller, wow!

Dwight's issue with Houston was the roster, not the city.

Bosh's issue with Cleveland was the city, not the roster.

One of those things changed, one didn't

The writing is on the wall fellas. Curious who the third team is? Nets need to dump salary. Hope philly isn't helping the entire league.

Why would the Cavs ditch 3 assets (Zeller, Kasarev, future 1st) unless they had a commitment?

Why wouldn't bosh want to stay? He won championships there. His wife by all accounts loves it there (wouldn't you?). No state income tax, beaches. Riley is an excellent GM. If they have him a near max offer or added an extra year and said you're option 1 now (as opposed to being the third banana again), why not? He could show people he could be an option 1 again, for pride. The question is whether the heat would do it, but if I were them I would. You need superstars, and he is a second tier one. The money will be available - and you need some to get others. They probably can't get Aldridge or love next year and Durant's not available, so who's left to save the money for? I don't know if they would offer him the max but if they did he might well stay.

Well it is obvious Cleveland THINKS they are getting LeBron.

If LeBron does NOT go back to Cleveland, I strongly suggest he avoid the state of Ohio at all costs.
