Jordan gave Hayward the max? 16 years later and he's still screwing the Jazz!

Chandler should be getting 20 million now considering how much sexier he is than Gordon Hayward.

4 years, $63 million (starting salary of ~$14.75M) is the MAX for a guy like Chandler. (The Rockets could potentially give him 5 years, $85M; but I'm guessing they won't go quite that high.)

Barring an unexpected increase to the salary cap, Parsons cannot make more than ~$14.75M next year.

Seeing as the Jazz & Rockets had the same stance on retaining their RFA's, why the hold up on offers for Parsons?

Is Hayward viewed as a better player across the league? What I am missing here?
