The guy on twitter said Melo is making his announcement today at 10 p.m... I guess we will find out if he is a fraud or not??
My grandmother taught me two things. 1) never pay full price for something you can negotiate for And 2) never trust a professional street wear model
You forget about Varejao? They could just keep him and trade Jack, Bennett and Wiggens for Love, Dieng and a future first. Irving/(FreeAgent) Waiters/Allen Lebron/(FreeAgent) Love/Thompson Varejao/Dieng/Zeller Then they'd just have to sign some vets in the back court with vet minimum. Championships for years.
No they can't. They have to trade jack just to have cap room for Lebron. Then they wouldn't have the salaries to match up Ina trade for love.
James isn't going to Cleveland. All of this is being linked by Paul to put pressure on the Heat to do something.
Doesn't work. After signing Lebron and trading jack they are over the cap and would need to follow the cba matching rules for a trade. This doesn't get them close. They could do it potentially with sideshow bob.
Wiggens is 4 million, Bennett is 5 million and Thompson is 5 million Love is 15 and Dieng is 1, trading 14 million in salary for 16 million doesn't work? hold on let me go do some math i'll be back in 15 mins.
What the hell... Why not throw Dwight Howard and Kevin Durant on there too. Maybe Howard will force the NBA to redo all of the CBA rules so it is possible..
Is there a link? I can't wait to find out which of the two worst options (Lakers or Knicks) land Carmelo

Ok so Jack traded for cap space. Gee, Hopson, Dellavedova are cut James signs for 22 million a year (his max correct?) Varejao 9.7 million Irving 7 million Waiters 4 million Zeller 1.7 million Harris 1 million Bennett Thompson Wiggens Karasev Add it all up you have roughly 45.5 million in salary, add 1.5 million for roster cap holds, that's 47 million. They have Bennett (5.5 million), Thompson(5.1), Wiggens(4.6) and Karasev (1.5 million) That adds up to 16.7 million, all ready to be packaged in a trade for Love (15.7) and Dieng(1.4) - combined 17.1 million. I think that trade adds up perfectly. Irving/(Hinrich)/(Douglas) Waiters/(Allen) James/Harris Love/Zeller Varejao/Dieng Sign veteran minimums ring chaser for back court back ups and front court third stringers. Easily the best team in the nba, and super young core around James.
These contracts also expire in 2015-16 free agency. That would give the Cavs enough room to add a 4th star possibly. maybe one of D.Jordan or M.Gasol decide to sign for 12 million. Irving Allen James Love Gasol The **** yall gonna do then?
