Thats why Morey should be looking at Love and Rondo.

These idiots are playing the waiting game which doesn't bode well for our Parsons/Daniels plans.

I keep seeing Rondo's name, but I can't think of any reason why the Rockets would want a headcase PG who can't shoot.

    Because CyberX said so.

I'm inclined to think it's unlikely as well.

The way the NBA salary cap works, you can either have room under the cap to sign players or you can exceptions (the MLE is one) to sign players, but you can't have both in the same offseason.

I've spent more time shopping for a new tv.

These guys should do their due diligence with the rest of their careers and where their families will have to follow. Stop being impatient children and let the adults make their decision.

    Stein:

    Heat signings today.

Surprised. More so by Granger. Surprised they gave up the flexibility for Granger. Is this all they're doing? (Doesn't think so.) It is Pat Riley. He must have indication LeBron likes these signings. They must think all three are coming back if they're making commitments today.

Rockets spent the last 4-5 days all over Bosh. They have his ear but I believe Bosh wants to stay.

    Better option?

Hard to say Houston isn't the best fit basketball wise. If Houston had it's choice and believed it could have gotten any free agent, Dirk and Chris would have been the top two names, not Carmelo or Kyle Lowry. They need a four who can space the floor and step out to the 3 point line. Nowitzki was the best fit but Bosh is right there. The Rockets didn't believe they had a shot at Bosh. They now do believe.

    This all plays out how?

    LeBron stays
Bosh goes back; Houston has chance
'Melo - Lakers still in it

    Woj:

    How do these signings play?

Riley will meet with LeBron and has two players to bring to him. Both players will sign with the expectation that LeBron will be a teammate. They couldn't guarantee it but talking to folks around the league, they're exuding confidence they'll hold onto LeBron.

Possibilities of LeBron going back to Cleveland?

Rich Paul has been telling people it's been a goal of his to get LeBron back to Cleveland. Right now, in the end, people with the Heat feel strongly that he'll make the final decision (himself). The direction from the agent is keeping Cleveland in this.

If he leaves Miami, we're hearing Chris Bosh going to Houston?

Bosh has had communication with Houston. They have a 4 year, $85 million offer , contingent on moving Lin. Bosh has reiterated to Houston that I want to be in Miami and I want to play with LeBron. If LeBron commits today or tomorrow, Bosh is right behind. If LeBron leaves, good chance Bosh walks and to Houston.

The right tv is important. I took three months to buy mine, skipped black Friday and opted for the January superbowl sale and I feel I made the right decision but no one was watching me make my decision, there a million pounds of pressure on LeBron to make a decision, he's the first domino. He wants to make sure he does the right thing cause we all know what happened last time.

There you have it from Woj, exactly what I said. Bosh has told Houston he wants to stay in Miami if Lebron stays. It all hinges on Lebron.

Damn. I want Bosh but it doesn't look likely. I can't see Lebron leaving Miami, personally.

with these signings I wonder what kind of paycut Bosh and Wade have to take to make it all work. That'll determine how likely this whole deal is for Miami no?

Let's predict media tweets following Lebron's meeting with Riley:

"Heat feel their meeting went very well. 'We are on the same page now'"

"Lebron was impressed by Heat signings. Believe's organization is commited to winning"

"Lebron was non-commital, but gave strong indications he's leaning to returning"

None. These are MLE and BAE signings. You can be capped out and still hand out those contracts.

Honestly it looks like it will take a miracle for Lebron to leave Miami.

That seems really pathetic. Like, puppy dog syndrome or something.
