I mean who else is there to sign? McRoberts is probably the 3rd/4th best PF available. There is such a huge drop off in talent from Lebron/Melo/Bosh and all the other FAs at every position. Diaw is probably the only other PF better than McRoberts on the list of FAs.
Yep. Im normally not one of those people crying after a team signs a bench player... but we might have ****ed ourselves if we dont get Melo or Bosh. And its not looking good. First round here we come!
Andersen would be a great pick up for us, we currently have absolutely no back up center, and the free agent center list available right now is pathetic.
Exactly. I actually think this has nothing to do with Bosh and Houston and everything to do with trying to impress James by adding quality role players. James doesn't seem to be biting as of yet.
Would it look bad if McRoberts backed out? Believe it was reported Charlotte, his old team, had a similar offer.
No, not really, but me thinks if Bosh leaves, he's the starter so not too bad for him. I would prefer he go back to Charlotte and continue to build something there.
It's still better to live in Miami and play with D-Wade while making a lot of money. In the East, they can still probably make the playoffs.
