If someone offers him max, I say you let Chandler leave. From the TPE we are going to produce from Asik it probably be best we chase Deng/Ariza.
I wouldn't say "foreseeable future", it could very easily end up being like the Rockets landing Barkley all over again.....except I don't think anyone expects even one season of 19/13 from Bosh.
I also understand Parsons has a capHOLD of 2.88 Mil (his QO) but that will change if he gets an offer. I'm actually not sure what the difference is between a caphold and capspace.

Timing is important but basically no one can sign Parsons to an offer sheet until the 10th anyway. You would think by then we'd know for sure one way or another on a star. Caphold is basically a mathematical tool. It's just a number applied to your cap based on certain criteria for calculation purposes.
Woj bomb on Broussard with the accurate number lol. Still though, nothing about Rockets being close to signing Bosh, just a soft landing spot if he needs one.
I'll take 18/8 from Bosh along with 18/12 from dwight, 24/5/5 from Harden and 17/5/5 from Parsons (with solid defense) any day.
Bosh actually talking directly with Houston indicates HEAVILY that this gets done tonight along with LeBron to Cleveland considering they talked yesterday.

why does it heavily indicate that? because we want it to? Bosh should be talking with the Rockets about possibilities. Keeping his options open. He's smart to do so...but I don't see how that makes his signing here inevitable and/or imminent.
That was just Doc Rivers 1st year and Blake has been taking major steps forward in expanding and improving his game... There's a strong possibility that they can get better.
