I have no issue with that. I'd rather over pay by $3-4 million a year than strike out and risk having to be capped out with Chandler signing a big deal. There is no next season for this team in terms of free agency.
Chris Bosh wants to play with LeBron James in Miami, but conversations between his camp and Houston ongoing today, http://shar.es/NaBKG via @hoopshype
I'm leaning towards this camp as well. This the last year to essentially be in "build" mode for the Rockets. If you have to overpay somewhat, do it. If you hang a banner, it's worth it to be in cap hell in 2018.
They don't have to be elite on D just decent, knocking down the midrange shot is what is needed for the offense for Howard & harden... I've saw Mchale run plenty of plays when we had PPATT here, and saw the offense change when he left. Ppatt Mcroberts Ryan Anderson Diaw Hawes Etc

Damn Bosh is a bit older than I thought. This is a tough choice IMO. Does a third "star" produce like a third star when there are two other stars? Can we get equivalent production at a much lower cost?
Is Bosh really worth a max deal? Honestly Bosh feels Amare-ish... I know my boy Lin is gonna get traded no matter what but I like this team. Seriously Rockets is gonna be much better if they let this season play out if they can't get Melo or Lebron. Go for the summer of Love next year, he's younger and more talented then Bosh. It honestly feels like if Rockets big move is Bosh, I'm sorry but that still doesn't make Rockets better then Clippers,Spurs,OKC.
Not sure I want bosh on my team? He has a lapdog mentality. I don't want that being part of the teams core. He just wants to stay in Miami so badly to slurp on Lebron's piece.
Yeah they beat us up badly. What's your point? You said you liked their style more than Morey's. Woo hoo they got to the 2nd round and got bounced with very little room to improve the roster. That isn't who I would target as my role model franchise.
I wasn't pointing to the injury but more like it looked good short term but really crappy contract long term.
That's a low blow with no explanation as to why you think that way. Were you just spouting junk, or do you care to elaborate?
Parsons has gotta stay for a Bosh signing to really bring the team to true title contention. Front line of Dwight, Bosh, Parsons....scary.
