Very much enjoyed it. I'm not a Tom Cruise fan but I'm not a hater. He's a good actor when in the right situation, such as this.

Right on. I, for one, have been one of those riding the "Tom Cruise hate train" for the better part of the last decade. With him being such a weirdo in real life, I've looked past a lot of his recent movies.

That said, I was very entertained with both Jack Reacher, and Oblivion. Therfore, I'll have to give this a try. Thanks.

I'm really liking these intelligent, romantic dramadies featuring flawed characters. Just feels more authentic. Love the way the movie was shot and the performances were top notch. Definitely deserving of all the accolades it got.

We caught Begin Again at the Alamo Drafthouse a couple of days ago, and loved it. I'd give it an 8/10. Sort of a mix of the Broadway production of Once (which we saw a while back) and Inside Llewyn Davis. If you like music and like New York, go see it. It will make you feel better after this horrific day. You just have to trust me on this.

I'm looking forward to seeing this movie because I really enjoy the soundtrack and Kiera is a cutie.

Yes, Keira's a cutie all right. She's also a surprisingly talented singer. I had no idea! Mark Ruffalo, who co-stars (plays the Hulk these days), is also really good in this. It's well worth seeing.

I was expecting a Black Hawk Down kind of action but it turned out to be like superheroes movie.

A simple analogy. Black Hawk Down is to UFC, while this is one is to WWF.

The movie is more of a propaganda.

Unfortunately she was crying 50% of the time, cannot fap to crying chicks (unless it's one of those Japanese pr0nz). Teh secks scene was nonexistent :(

They should make a sequel to this focusing on the descendants of Noah procreating. Just secks and more secks everywhere.

    Too much sex but I didn't get a hard-on.

    Educational (on drugs).

The best part: How do you sell a pen?

Dawn of the Planet of the Apes - 8.8/10

Dawn of the Planet of the Apes shows progression in the "blockbuster" genre, specifically regarding its computer animation, much like Jurassic Park changed animation. The apes are both realistic and show emotional characteristics.
Dawn is pretty much the best movie I've seen this year. The tension builds well. It is slow in a few parts, but it retains solid cinematography throughout.

28 Weeks Later - 5/10. Was pretty disappointed because I was a fan of the first. There were just too many plot holes. Yeah, yeah, I know it's a zombie movie. But the people in there just didn't act reasonably. Not a single character I cared if they got killed or not. Lots of forced plot elements by the director.
