Lol Lin is not someone they will just throw away because he brings a lot of money globally Ala Yao if it wasn't for that he would be easily replaced. Lesley meal ticket it's Morey who is dealing him strategically for other reasons. Nick Johnson will be better than Lin watch.

Out of all of moreys trial and error missteps, signing Lin was the worst one. Dont let marketing overshadow actual talent and bball IQ - lesson learnt. Pissed if we lose a first rounder cuz of this sympathy seeking nbdl player who hides behind religion.

The 3 worst teams in the league, with plenty of cap space, are creating leverage to take in $8.3 mil of an expiring contract that they have more than enough room to absorb. That is how negative ling's value is. Good grief. Hopefully we close this ugly chapter and out it behind us while Ling spews bible quotes passive aggressively over social media....

Not that this is a bad thing, but why would Milwaukee want him? Don't they already have Knight?

They are turning Knight into a shooting guard.

For the same reasons that the 76ers want him. They can probably get a pick, and they'll lose alot games for a high pick. They also need to be above the minimum team salary anyways. Lin's value is pretty high for teams trying to tank.

jesus christ, did he sit and pout for half the season? Did he murder anyone? Did he throw his team under the bus by announcing surgery pre-trade?

he's just a mediocre PG that isn't all that, but every time he played he hustled and gave it his best, now you can question how effective his 'best' is, but he actually gave the effort.

the same people accusing him of overreacting are the same ones absolutely ****ting on him because he's pissed off he's getting shipped out of Houston.

It's basketball. pull your heads out and get a grip

It an't about wanting Lin. These teams aren't making any big name FA signings BUT they need to hit the minimum cap. Now they get an expiring contract + picks. Harsh truth is none of these teams really see him as anything more and know he won't affect their wins too much (((+more high picks))).

The amount of hate Lin gets on this board is getting weird. Dude is obviously not that bad of a player. He's getting 15 mil this year and teams have already said they would take on that contract. That ought to tell you something right there.

Look in the news, Josh Gordon just ended his career. Lin is not only obviously going to get better on the court, but the fact that he's totally stable off the court and not injury prone, increases his value a lot. If you want to see an injury prone player, just look up 'patrick beverley'. That's right. I said it.

And I really don't see why Lin is hated on clutchfans. He's been on the team two years, we've gone to the playoffs two years. The first year he got injured in the playoffs. This year Harden turned into the worst player in the history of the playoffs. I can't really fault Lin for either of those situations.

Lin made five million each year, and so its not like he messed up our cap room. And now, in the third year, when he's supposed to get 15 mil, we are going to trade him. Once again, in no way has he messed up our cap.

Finally, the dude is a fast paced, mid-range jumpshot, pick and roll player, who needs the ball in his hands. We make him play spot up shooter, without the ball in his hand, and Dwight doesn't play pick and roll. And we bench him. He doesn't complain. Just doesn't play like a superstar.

So... why the hate? I seriously don't get it.

He's passive aggressively hiding behind religion to mask his entitlement that his little Asian delegation gassed into him. That gets on my nerves especially as I have personal experience with these types. Don't play the victim because you don't want to be accountable

I have personal experience with ****ty turnover prone PG's but that doesn't make me hate Lin anymore, the fact that you would treat someone worse because of experiences with OTHER PEOPLE shows that you're just a crummy person, god forbid he actually do something to harm the teams performance, nah post a tweet saying you're pissed off that you're getting shipped out of a contender for peanuts and you're satan reincarnate lmao

I love how everyone suddenly has a phD in psychology and can confidently analyse the psychological meaning of his tweets. Jesus christ it was an innocent tweet expressing how he was feeling, through a bible scripture which is what he always does. He could have not made that tweet but he did. Last I checked he still has that right.

Angry Casey = whole lot of excuses. Whole lot. Give Joey Dorsey an Asian name and a big contract, he'd be getting the same backlash. This is the NBA boy, you can have the body the strength the speed whatever, but if you don't have the skills or brain, you get exposed. He's nowhere near the player luke ridnour is yet yall want to pretend he's just overlooked or in the wrong situation despite having 2 years and plenty of opportunities. He was in college for 4 years. Sheesh, get over the double standard and insecurity.

You're getting real emotional here.... I absolutely don't hate the guy, I'm just treating him like each and every other employee of the NBA. And that's what angers the target demographic on here the most. Not sure why that is.....
