so lebron = no. feeling good about melo. love is a major target. bosh is a major target. and if we strike out on those... well all of the good role players who could've stocked out bench won't be available either.

It's no clue, he stated the opinion of involved people. No one really knows what's going on. Two people (one high up in the organization) are very confident that we'll get Melo. One says Love to Rockets is #1 priority. Bron won't come to Houston.

With this logic, why not set up the trade as a contingency? Have a Love deal ready to go as soon as Melo/LeBron spurn you.
If I am not mistaken, King Drew predicted Rondo to Houston last year. He is an insider, and gives useful information time to time.
