Guys, bosh is soft, all he does is shoot jumpers. He has admitted that he doesn't want to "bang" in the paint anymore. He doesn't want to be the man, he's a beta. He's riding Lebrons cawk all the way to the finals.

Contract wise, jones is a better option than bosh. Everyone is very down on jones cause of Aldridge, but he's a very good player who is only getting better.

We won't have the cap space, unless you are saying let Parsons walk also. Remember once we match any offer he gets, we will have little cap space left. If we plan on letting him go, then we are taking a step backwards. If that is the case we are wasting another year in the hopes of landing a big name. We don't have the time...

I would be fine settling for Bosh because he's a good compliment to Howard, but y'all need to stop touting his defense. He's a good help defender but his man D is garbage. He's not Jones horrible but he routinely gets lit up by other PFs.

Bosh is so incredibly underrated. He's still a very good player 20 and 10 player that plays solid defense and can hit big shots. He'd be the perfect fit here.

Are you really not aware of all the trade talks around Love?

It's just rumors. We're not in serious contention for trading for Love

Heh, really? Love is a better player AND is 5 years younger. I mean if the Rockets got Bosh for like 10 mil a year it wouldn't be the worst thing in the world so long as the contract wasn't more than 3 years, but even then it wouldn't really be a win.

Bosh would be perfect defensively. Him alongside Dwight would be downright scary.

Plus I feel like he is the type of guy who works well offensively as well.

Defensively, Bosh is miles ahead of Love.

Bosh would be 23/12 if he was the man easily, but as a 3rd option in Miami he just looks like a scrub.

and offensively Love is miles ahead of Bosh....and he's just entering his prime while Bosh is starting his decline.

And our problem isn't offense, it's defense.

Decline? Says who? Just because he chose to take a backseat to Lebron and Wade? Ok.

Bosh and Aldridge only faced each other once this year. Aldridge scored 22pts on 9-20 shooting and grabbed 7 rebounds. Bosh scored 37 on 15-26 shooting and pulled down 10 rebounds.

In 2013 they matched up twice.

    Aldridge 29pts 13-20 fg 5 reb
    Bosh 30 pts 11-15 fg 11 reb

    Aldridge 20 pts 6-19 fg 15 reb
    Bosh 29 pts 13-18 fg 4 reb

Yeah, we should just stick with T Jones. No real difference.

Yeah that's pretty bad but when Lebron averages 8 and Wade averages another 5 or 6 rebounds, there aren't too many rebounds to grab. Miami has always been a weak rebounding team, statistically.

I very much prefer Bosh to Melo for this team.

What exactly would you anticipate Love's stats to be if he came to Houston? Think that they might be different?
