Nope... I'm simply saying "IF" Phoenix wanted to trade Dragic, Indiana and Houston don't have enough to trade for him. I like Bledsoe. May not have to do a sign and trade. Phoenix really has no reason to match a contract offer.
Keep in mind, Bledsoe missed half the season. With him in the lineup, Suns were 28-15. Without him they were 20-19. A healthy Bledsoe last season and Phoenix could have been the 6th seed in the West. Absolutely no way you break up that backcourt, no freaking way.
If I had to choose, I'd take Dragic...stays healthy, better pure point guard, slightly better shooter...efficient.
He hasnt shipped Lin out cos he needs to find a replacement first for him. If Lin goes, we have no bench.
OTOH, Rockets have been trying to give up Lin for a while now. You have to pay up to get Dragic. You have to pay up to get rid of Lin. Boy, did we screw up by letting Dragic go and signing Lin instead.
Butterfly effect dude. If Goran didnt go, you might not have Harden, or Howard. Not saying you wont, but like in the movie Back to the Future, you change one thing in the past, you affect the future. Dont keep looking backwards. Look to the future instead. So where to from here.
