Maybe he is having them all come out so he can tell them face to face that he is taking his talents to Houston

If you followed Doc Rocket, he's already stated this a week ago. He believes in the end it's still Love that the Rockets need to focus on. Not Melo not LeBron. If Melo rumors are correct, then Doc Rocket would've spoken true yet again.

doesn't bode well for Melo. Houston isn't a hot sports town. But why is Dallas, Phoenix and Cleveland included then?

Dallas, Phoenix, and Cleveland? He must be going back to Miami.

The Rockets know they are more likely to get Melo is all I think.

I get the feeling Lebron is just putting pressure on Miami to make a splash and improve the team is all.

Melo is really considering things so it looks better for Melo if you make him feel like he's the one, he's the guy.

It could be, simply because those are among the few teams that can offer him the true "max" contract. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong (as if I even have to ask), but I don't think we can offer a true max deal, we can get close with Lin, Asik, and waiving some non-guaranteed contracts, but overall we'd still be a little short.

    He is not invited.

This means Lebron is staying in Miami.

    Beverley said so himself.

I'm pretty sure the front office realized this so they are putting all their eggs in one basket aka Melo.

I remember seeing somewhere that Dallas could only offer $16 million... With the $10 million signing of Dirk... REALLY LEBRON?? You want to play with even older players over playing with a younger core in Houston? Gee, are the Dallas Cowboys THAT important to you?

Dallas can't offer him a max contract

After agreeing to sign Dirk, they only have $16 million left.

Phoenix can sign him since they have more than $35 million.

    I'm not sure about Cleveland.

At the time Dallas met with Lebron's agent they had max room. They only lost it today.
