I am fully aware Melo loves NY and most likely stay in NY. Phoenix team with Dragic, Plumlee, Bledsoe, LeBron, Bosh or Melo is dangerous. I am not sure how many players on their current roster they need to get rid of: Green, Barbosa, Morrris bros...
say following, he means the advantages we have than those teams we have over the competition for Lebron

Other than Hakeem and Dirk can you name one superstar that wasn't flanked by 1 or two more superstars? Bird, Mchale, Parish, DJ Magic, Kareem, Worthy Jordan, Pippen, Grant/Rodman, Ron Harper (was a *****ing all-star) Kobe, Shaq, Pau, Odom/Ariza, Metta, Glen Rice, Ron Harper (again) I won't mention how many star's Russell was with because I'll run out of space Yes, they can win it all with just DH and Harden if they pick up the right role players but if Lebron comes to Houston and wins, it doesn't hurt his legacy one single bit! He goes down as the MVP who took 3 teams to the finals and one more rings then he has fingers in one hand.
No it means people are actually mentioning them as relevant for the first time since the Pringles years. Though a lot of that seems to be self serving to pump up Lebron's agents profile Don't expect it to last.
The people Lebron is competing against legacy wise, have legacies that last for decades, the worst thing he could do is only have 2 rings, and not the 5, 6+ that others have, if he was getting the finals mvp it wouldn't matter. The thing most missed though is Lebron isn't one of these player singles, he's a guy with a young family, moving is that much harder, especially multiple times.
I agree and I get why people would say that but I find it lame. Call it a cop out, call it a tarnished legacy--I call it a smart move for someone who wants to win. Loyalty these days are very different that it was 20 years ago...and that goes both ways!
Bro, the Heat Big 3 era is over. A team with those 3 as the core is too old/damaged/worn out to win anymore rings. Lebron has to go somewhere.... Houston makes the most sense.

Brian Windhorst @WindhorstESPN 2h As there was in 2010, there is only one way to truly recruit LeBron: talent. The roster matters more than virtually anything. Makes the most sense 'cause we're the only ones with the most talent on the roster. And by talent I mean 2 true, no-argument, legit, young, present-day superstars.
Woj: Some who thinks there's hope. Team execs and others in the league, there is lack of communication between LeBron and Bosh and Wade. LeBron wants a max contract. Another exec said it's a smokescreen, none of us are in it. Biggest issue for LeBron and big three is they're counting on Riley to go get a supporting cast. Riley was in LA, with Spoelstra. Met with Gasol and are courting other free agents. Miami still has confidence they'll get this done. It's a give and take between free agents and how much these guys want to give up. Not a ready made place to leave for. That may be the Heat's best chance of keeping him. Everything is frozen until the big three and Carmelo make decisions. Longer he waits, more free agents go off the board. (Free agents) want to know LeBron is staying yet Miami needs a commitment from these guys. Miami believes LeBron will jump on board. In the next 24 hours or so, we'll know whether he's staying or not.
