If it was a Lakers shirt or Basketballs that would be a bad sign.

I thought it was illegal to present anything outside of basketball as part of the presentation - time warner was blocked i thought from the dwight hearing because it would have been illegal to promise dwight a show of any sort (or in this case Lala)

wonder if the league would consider that tampering and stop that

I still have absolutely no idea why the Clippers keep coming up... aside from the fact that barely mentioning LA in anything gets them hits.

B/c Clippers are a huge market, so of the "analysts" keep bringing up the same teams over and over again so they get traffic.

First Melo tweets about Jalen's red tie during NBA draft, now he's seen driving off in a red car...hmm, coincidence? I think not.

Its been mentioned millions of times, but it's totally relevant and hilarious when you watch it presently with the Melo free agency.

The silence and dismissive swat on Houston speaks volumes.

Just now: They just showed win shares w/ Harden being exponentially last of 4 between LBJ, KD, CP, & Harden....win shares OVER THE LAST 4 YEARS! Well if that isn't the most skewed, ridiculous way to slice it. Let's not look at the last 2 seasons when Harden was given driver's seat for a team.

And what fool's gold is this ESPN shortsighted talking point of "Why would he want to go the West? The East is the path of least resistance!" Least resistance to what, the slaughterhouse? Did they not watch Lebron get punked because the Spurs were battle-tested by the West? You don't get a ring for showing up to the Finals. You get it by being on the best team, in the best situation to win. How is that obvious to everyone except the ESPN super-experts.

Daryl Morey just followed Melo on twitter. He only follows 3 other NBA players who have never for the rockets: TJ Ford (who is big in the basketball community in Houston), brian scalabrine (for reasons that don't need to be explained), and KD (cause he will be a rocket someday).

It's funny, it's like ESPN powers that be sends out a memo in the morning that says "Everyone say Chicago is the best landing spot for Melo regardless of what you actually think. We're supporting our loyal Chicago fans this time!"

He did... either then or at the trade DL. I remember b/c I got excited about it for no reason (which is why I'm not reading anything into this).

My understanding is that we were extremely close to getting Paul.

Also follows Lebron James. I will only get excited if Melo follows him.
