So, I guess "turn the other cheek," in a modern context, becomes "whine to thousands of people on Twitter."
What IS irrational is to think that a team that is..as of right now, WORSE than last year, has any chance of being competitive in the West.
Lin better do well in Philly. Those fans up there are ruthless. They ain't scared to go to jail... I think that's a one stop shop for him because Lin isn't a better point guard than MCW and Lin isn't a shooting guard. I wouldn't be surprised to see Sam flip him by the trade deadline. I wouldn't care if the Rockets sat on that cap space and did nothing with it. I just want him gone. I want this madness to stop.
LOL, 30 pages in less that a day? For someone who isn't gonna be here soon, he still gets plenty of attention. Let it go...
So much hate. The man was disrespected. Truth is truth. You don't care because he is a terrible player? Making lots of $$$? If you are working and you boss did this to you, you would care and doesn't matter if you are rich or not. I believe he deserved better. I also believe he will be traded away also.
No one is saying he wasn't disrespected. That much is obvious. But you have to agree that this is ish is wayyyyyy overblown
This will not stop FA from coming here. It is not that big of a deal like you and a few others have made it to be. The Spurs didn't handle the Jackson situation good either. Pop cut him and brought Tracy McGrady in. Jackson lashed out at that time but has forgiven them now. The Lakers had all kinds of drama going on during the Jackson, Shaq and Kobe era. They let Kobe dictate there decision on a lot of matters. So those franchises are not perfect.
New day and I'm sure there is plenty of butthurt still coming from Lin and his rabid fans. Lin just seems to be a really insecure person. All he had to do was not comment and there would be no drama here.
I'm gonna play couch psychologist: Lin seems like a guy who chooses what he says carefully so for him to tweet about this seems like his way of saying get me da **** outta here asap w/o actually having to officially demand a trade.
Yeah so LOHs and LOFs should be happy. If there was a slight chance of Lin staying if signing a TOP FA fell through, that chance just got exponentially smaller if not impossible now. So yall should be rejoicing.
