    with team USA losing yesterday and Melo possibly calling Cuban and saying "sorry i cant make it"....it would be too much of an emotional roller coaster for me. I wouldn't be able to take it lol

    I love the excitement of all this, whether we get Melo or not, it feels good being in the thick of all the big FA's, just like last year with Dwight.

    Melo is either staying in New York or he's coming to Houston. With no state income tax in Texas, and the max deal the Knicks can offer him it wouldn't make sense to sign with any other teams. The Mavericks are dreaming if they think he'll sign with them.

    Guys, I think the place they are eating might be named Americas.

    Also, rumors are out there that the Rockets used the #7 in a photoshop of Melo.

    Can anyone clarify these two things?

    So I got some scoop. My step-brother's best friend lives in Rivers Oaks. Carmelo and his entourage stayed at the friend's house last night and ate breakfast there this morning. My step-brother got a Snap this morning and I just got a hold of it. It is clear that the Rockets are trying to sell him on Houston the city as well as the championships part.
